Cross over the tumbling river as it reaches the town from Stock Ghyll Falls and you will find the Tourist Information Centre, post office, late night Spar & Coop, butcheries, bakeries, fish n 'chip shops, pubs with live music, cafes, excellent restaurants, cinema, interesting shops, museums, banks - almost anything you could wish for.
